What are end users?

End users refer to monthly active users. These are users, who have an active installation of your app. They are generating position updates or config changes to us through your app during an individual month.

What support do you provide?

All of our users get access to our collection of documentation, starter apps, tutorials and video tutorials. From Lite plan onwards we offer limited support. Limited support includes answering to support tickets sent by mail within 24 hours. From Core plan onwards we offer full support, which includes a 2-hour setup session where we help you design your action flow, ensure that your venue is setup correctly and answer your integration-related questions.

What payment methods do you support?

Our automatic payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe supports credit and debit card payments from major cards -Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For enterprise plans we can also issue invoices.

Do the prices include taxes?

The subscription plans are meant for companies, and the prices are displayed as VAT 0%. Country-specific taxes may apply. For Finnish customers VAT will be charged automatically. If you are a private individual that wants to purchase a plan, please contact us.

When is my new plan activated?

Your new plan is automatically activated, when you make the purchase.

 What if I go over the limit?

If you go over one of the limits in your plan, we will send you a warning by email and give you 2 weeks time to convert. After that we reserve the right to stop API calls from your account.

Can I get a receipt?

Your receipt will be automatically sent to your email.

How can I upgrade my plan?

You can upgrade your plan at anytime. The remaining value of your old plan will be reimbursed from your new plan. You’ll have access to the new plan’s features immediately. If you are a new customer, you can purchase above. If you have an existing account with us, please login to your portal to upgrade.

How can I downgrade my plan?

You can downgrade your plan at anytime, if needed. Your old plan is valid until the end of the 30-day period since your previous payment, and you will be transferred to the new plan after that. Downgrading takes place through logging into your portal and select “Subscription Management”.

How can I cancel my subscription?

We will be sad to see you go, but naturally you can also cancel your plan if the need arises. Cancellation happens by logging into your portal and selecting “Subscription Management”.

I would love to use the platform for my university project/research, but I cannot afford paying for it as a student.

Contact us at sales@proximi.io through your university/school email address, and we will set you up with a limited-time free account. As a compensation, we would love to hear more about your project in the form of a small blog post, once the project is finished. This discount only applies to students on Bachelor or Masters level, who do not receive funding for their final project. Note: you will need to develop the application yourself, no support included.
